NextPhase to rebrand Trepanier Manor in the Okanagan – old-world elegant country homes surrounding a 5-star hotel

NextPhase Real Estate has been awarded the Trepanier Manor rebranding project by Resort Project Marketing (RPM). The project will commence immediately to capture attention during the busy spring market

Trepanier Manor is a private upscale estate in the Okanagan consisting of 20 English country homes adjacent to a five-star luxury hotel and spa. The project had been marketed previously, but unsuccessfully. The goal is to communicate an understated, gracious and sophisticated property that is for the exclusive few. The core marketing collateral will include a showpiece brochure and large coffee table book as well as new signage, website, advertising and discovery centre.

“Conveying a sense of understated exclusivity is not an easy thing to do’ stated Mary Anne Pick, VP of Marketing at RPM, “We picked NextPhase as we felt they could effectively translate our vision for the property and complete the project within an extremely tight timeline.”

“We are excited about this new project. We always like a challenge – and Trepanier Manor is a truly unique property,” said Susan Sorich, Director of Client Services. “We’re especially pleased to work with RPM for the first time.”
