Vancouver, BC, February 1, 2012 – NextPhase Strategy announced today that, after almost 25 years in Coal Harbour, it has returned to its roots in Yaletown with new office space located at 330 – 1122 Mainland. The new office is only a block away from where the company was formed in the late 70s – then known as USA / Ullrich Schade and Associates – and signifies coming full circle to its original home.
“Back in the 80s, Yaletown was still a warehouse and industrial district with trains being shunted down streets that had rail tracks” stated Ullrich Schade, President of NextPhase Strategy. “We loved it there, but a fire destroyed our office and we ended up moving crosstown. We’re happy to move back to our roots as we believe Yaletown is now the centre of Vancouver’s creative and design industry. And some of our clients are located here – particularly in the technology sector.”
1122 Mainland originally housed Kelly Confectionery and was renovated in the 1990s as a commercial office building. It is currently home to many technology and professional services companies.
