NextPhase rebrands Resort Systems for growth in the global hotel and resort industry and sales start to climb again
ChallengeRSI is a leader in web-based reservation and property management with an integrated real-time room reservation system. RSI’s products boost the profitability of hotel and resort customers by increasing revenue and reducing expenses. Started in 1978 with its first system, the company had recently developed web-based products that serve medium-sized hotels, lodges / inns / B&Bs, vacation resorts. This shift required a new image, website and marketing material to communicate the product benefits to potential customers. The website messaging was important, as it was the primary marketing tool for selling this web-based product offering. Action NextPhase had to refresh a 20-year-old corporate image and position RSI as an industry leader in providing user-friendly web-based products for the hotel and resort industry. First NextPhase developed a core set of marketing tools to resonate with customers, strategic partners and investors of the pubco. This included a corporate identity, direct marketing, trade show marketing, website and e-marketing. Results With the launch of RSI’s new website, Charles Ku, president stated “We are happy with the new website as it really communicates our value proposition. This new suite of marketing tools was long overdue and we are now ready to push our sales efforts into high-gear.” With the new branded look, RSI is positioned to take advantage of the industry shift to web-based systems. |
