NextPhase Names and Brands New Clean Energy Fuel Company

Vancouver, BC, November 14, 2011 – NextPhase Strategy ( announced it has been contracted to name and brand a new company that uses a proprietary system to produce biomass fuel for the Chinese clean energy market. NextPhase has already named the new entity “Asian Biogen Corp.” and will be launching the brand towards the end of 2011.

Asian Biogen produces Enhanced Palm Kernel Shells (E-PKS), an ideal biomass fuel that solves waste and emission problems at source with no equipment reconfiguration required for coal users. E-PKS can replace coal because it has a comparable heat value and price to coal, while also meeting the mandate of reduced emissions.

According to Dale Peterson, CEO of Asian Biogen, “The primary reason we chose NextPhase to create the new corporate branding is their understanding of the clean energy and public market sectors. We will be taking the company public early in 2012 and need a branding and marketing company that can effectively position us in those to sectors.”

“We’re quite excited to add another public company to our client roster. We’ve had great success in this area including branding two major public companies: NYSE listed The Geo Group Inc. which has traded as high as $90 a share (pre-split) and Diamond Fields Resources which was bought by INCO for $4.3 billion.” stated Ullrich Schade, President of NextPhase Strategy.
