NextPhase has landed a contract to brand a new 55-unit concrete mid-rise
development located at the corner of First and Burrard in Vancouver.
"The location is ideal,” said Ullrich Schade, President of NextPhase.
“It’s situated right across from a park and at the corner of Burrard and
West 1st Avenue – so signage and the look of the discovery centre will
play an important role in driving traffic and sales.”
NextPhase has been tasked with producing a memorable name and brand to effectively market and sell out the project. The project scope includes signage, marketing collateral and a website.
The market for the project will be primarily move-up buyers and empty nesters. The site is adjacent to shopping, dining, and a host of other amenities, while Kitsilano Beach and downtown are just a short walk away.
