NextPhase Strategy rebrands eLearning company for a global relaunch and sales grow 50% in first year
ChallengeFirstClass Systems is a full-service provider of eLearning solutions for corporate, government clients – and since 1987, had served over 3,000 companies worldwide, including Agfa, AT&T, IBM and US West. To reflect its online focus on knowledge management and eLearning, FirstClass needed to reposition itself within the marketplace, which in recent years has become increasingly fragmented. Action After extensive research, NextPhase developed a new corporate identity and name – Serebra Learning Corporation. To support a successful launch for this new name, NextPhase produced new product literature, marketing brochures and website. This was augmented with an ongoing public relations and advertising program to raise awareness of Serebra as a recognized industry force. Results NextPhase successfully launched the new Serebra name and identity and the company achieved 50% growth in revenues in the first year and turned a profit. “People remember the new logo, and judging by emails received on our customer feedback address, we have achieved our objective of an image of a company that’s easy to do business with and fun to work for.” said Serebra President and CEO, Bruce Stewart. ![]() |
