Cosmopolitan living in Downtown Richmond

MacLean Homes is developing a 50-unit townhome/condominium project located near Richmond Centre. Targeting young, upwardly mobile Asian buyers, the big selling feature of the project is its modern architecture and central location - close to Richmond Centre, Lansdowne Centre, Aberdeen Mall, schools and recreational facilities. Our initial task was to come up with a unique and sophisticated name - Modena was the top choice. We then proceeded to develop a theme that reflected the urban nature of the location as well as its close proximity to downtown via the Canada Line. Deliverables included a brochure, insert sheets, website, ads, site signage, and presentation centre.
