Gyro Beach is a 26-unit townhouse development located in the desirable Mission area of Kelowna. As the site is adjacent to a beautiful waterfront park, NextPhase created a theme around "Life's a beach at Okanagan Lake". Initially skeptical about using a headline that could be misconstrued, MacLean finally agreed to proceed with this positioning. They were sure glad they did as the development sold out within days. Dave Webster, Marketing Manager for MacLean Homes, attributes this success largely to the tongue-in-cheek Life's a Beach theme and referred to it as "pure genius".
