  • NextPhase takes branding to the Maxx by helping project sell out in first week

    Located in Maple Ridge, Maxx is a brilliant collection of 58 contemporary condominiums targeted primarily to first-time buyers. The challenge for this project was to position Maple Ridge and Maxx as the new urban hub of the lower mainland. To accompany the brochure, floor plans and feature sheet, we created a four-page insert showcasing how Maxx will be at the center of an vastly upgraded transportation network with the opening of the Golden Ears and Pitt River bridges in 2009. The project sold out before the grand opening.
