  • NextPhase adds urban edge to condo marketing program targeted to first-home buyers

    Young first-time buyers want to live in a vibrant urban environment, not a sleepy suburban village. MacLean Homes’ latest development is located in the heart of Maple Ridge – where urban living meets the great outdoors. We created the name Edge on Edge to reflect its location on Edge Street as well as to lend a contemporary feel to the development. Another focus of the campaign was how Maple Ridge is now more accessible through the new Port Mann and Golden Ears bridges as well as the West Coast Express. We tied this together with contemporary images of active living and extensive amenities to provide an aura of cool around the building and location. This approach paid off through brisk sales in a market with considerable competition in new home projects.
