Caché is a 59-unit condominium residence situated in an area of Kelowna that is underdeveloped, but still close to the beach and all of Kelowna's downtown amenities. The target market was primarily young first-time buyers whose lives are focused on fun and style. NextPhase was tasked with generating a cool and contemporary image that was ‘all about style’. First we developed the logo and tagline, followed by a branding theme that reflected a contemporary and fun lifestyle. Elements of the program included a project brochure, inserts, website, site signage, discovery centre and advertisement. Says Mary Anne Pick, VP of Marketing at RPM, “I was amazed at how precisely NextPhase was able to capture the energy of Caché based on our initial brief. The entire program was fresh, contemporary and made a strong connection with our younger demographic market.”
