The challenge was to create a novel look for Palladium's new 112-unit townhome development in a Surrey neighbourhood that had numerous competitors in the immediate vicinity. NextPhase produced a project brand around "Montana - Live Life Large". Within the first four days, most of the Phase I homes were sold.
