Oceana is a condominium project located in Parksville, BC. NextPhase positioned the project around the Islandliving lifestyle and the many opportunities it offers. As the development is a few blocks away from the beach, we couldn't claim waterfront. However, we did communicate a waterfront feel through a tagline that captures its location - Oceanside, which consists of Parksville and Qualicum. The branding and messaging focuses on the community aspect of the project - kilometers of walking trails and a community garden on the doorstep. Ads reflect the great investment opportunity the project offers to Albertans - the primary target market. The project is yet to be released to the public, but the registration has been heavy from only two ad placements.
