NextPhase's passion creates a bold, colourful look and feel for Palladium's Richmond project

Located in Richmond's North MacLellan neighbourhood, Palladium's 58-unit project had lots of competition. Targeted primarily to Asians, we positioned the project as a rare townhome opportunity as most of the other developments in the area were condominiums. The name and tag-line "Princeton - Today, Tomorrow, A Lifetime" was visually supported with bold images. Scott Pick, Palladium's project manager said "Not only is their creative top-notch, they're also easy to deal with, meet all deadlines, and have a passion for what they do".
