River Residences is a unique collection of six custom-built homes located in a picturesque setting on the Fraser River in Ladner, BC. As one of the last waterfront developments in Metro Vancouver, NextPhase’s task was to create an exclusive brand to appeal to high net-worth individuals who could afford the $3 million+ price tag. After modernizing the logo and developing the positioning line “Rare Waterfront Luxury”, we proceeded to create a brochure, website and ancillary marketing materials that featured captivating images of the riverfront as well as the old-world charm of Ladner village. The copy reflected the high-end nature of these homes, which feature European construction, advanced wireless technology and the highest LEED® certification available. Owners also have the ability to moor up to a 68’ yacht or float plane on their own dock adjacent to the home. The residences are being built by Globus Canada, member of the Globus Group – a German-based company with extensive experience in residential and commercial development throughout Europe. Part of our scope of work was developing a corporate logo and website for Globus Canada to raise awareness and build confidence among potential home purchasers who are not familiar with the company.
