Tennyson Gardens, a collection of two, three and four
bedroom craftsman style homes in Richmond’s Terra Nova, was named to reflect its
unique heritage style and exquisite garden setting. NextPhase created a
distinctive heritage-style logo, developed an effective marketing brochure with
a full floor plan package showing each individual unit. The same crafted
graphics were used throughout the marketing centre. Directional signage was
required as the property was located off the main thoroughfare. NextPhase
developed grand opening ads for the Real Estate Weeklies, Vancouver Sun New
Homes Section, Real Estate Channel and local weekly newspapers. Stated VP, Rob
