Trepanier Manor is a private estate in the Okanagan consisting of 20 English country homes adjacent to a five-star luxury hotel and spa. The project had been marketed previously, but unsuccessfully. NextPhase started with a complete redesign of all marketing elements including brochure, inserts, website, on and off-site signage, discovery centre and ads. The goal was to communicate an understated, gracious and sophisticated property that was for the exclusive few. The core marketing collateral included a showpiece brochure and large coffee table book that reflected the English country lifestyle at its best. “Conveying a sense of understated exclusivity is not an easy thing to do’ said Mary Anne Pick, VP of Marketing at RPM, “NextPhase was able to take our vision and run with it.
