Challenge
Bevchek Global Systems Inc. is a North American
technology company providing software/hardware systems that reduce
beverage slippage in the retail hospitality industry. Although there
were numerous products on the market that helped track inventory,
Bevchek’s was the first to track slippage on a minute-by-minute basis.
The challenge was communicate to hospitality operators that Bevchek's
real-time, web-based system reduced slippage from 30% to as low as 2%.
Action
To start, NextPhase rebranded the company’s image making it
customer friendly instead of technology-oriented. Then we communicated
the improved savings Bevchek provides. From there we produced a complete
suite of marketing tools including a new corporate identity,
stationery, product brochure, email newsletter, news releases,
advertising, trade show display and website – all targeted to the
hospitality industry.
Results
Ron Zien, Bevchek’s President stated “The strategic messaging
is excellent. And the suite of marketing tools that NextPhase Strategy
produced communicates our value proposition succinctly. In the first
weeks of implementation, it had already helped us develop several new
distributor relationships.” Over the next six months, the company
increased sales revenue substantially and signed 11 significant new
Point-of-Sales partner resellers including Squirrel Systems and Micros.
