  • NextPhase creates GardenWorks – a new brand that helps a chain of garden centres grow from four to nine locations


    Challenge
    Four Art Knapp’s Garden Center stores wanted to blaze a new direction in garden-supply retailing. They needed to differentiate themselves from their old namesake and competitor while creating a solid position and brand in the Vancouver lower mainland marketplace. 

    Action
    First a new name was developed – GardenWorks. Next the stores were rebranded with a unique, contemporary, and friendly consumer identity. NextPhase then implemented the identity on in-store signage, POP signs, channel strips, product price tags, staff shirts and jackets, exterior signs and vehicles. We then created new brochures, newspaper ads, a bi-monthly newsletter, advertising flyers and stationery. Private label products rounded out the tactics to provide GardenWorks with a unique line of gardening products. 

    Results
