






				Challenge
				International Bio Recovery (IBR) is an environmental biotechnology 
company with a prototype organic waste conversion plant in BC. The 
company was ready to tell the world about this exciting new process and 
was preparing for an IPO. NextPhase needed to brand the company and 
create awareness within the global environmental sector; and in the 
North American business and investment sectors.
				
				
				Action
				First NextPhase created a strong new environmental brand. New 
marketing tools required for the program included a corporate brochure, 
product brochures and folder, website for industry, investors and the 
media, investor brochure, trade show display and multimedia 
presentations. An ongoing public relations program was targeted at the 
environmental and business/investment media.
				
				
				Results
				NextPhase was able to position IBR as a leader in organic waste 
conversion in North America. The company raised over $10 million and 
increased awareness drove the stock from $1.50 to $6.00. IBR signed 
contracts for new plants in the US, Australia, and Indonesia. “Our needs
