Challenge
CarePoint Medical Centres provides physicians and specialists practicing from their clinics located throughout the BC lower mainland. For the first 17 years, CarePoint grew very slowly to 10 clinics. In partnership with national pharmacy chains, new management was planning a rapid expansion. To assist in this major expansion, CarePoint needed to be rebranded and positioned as western Canada’s leading group of medical clinics focused on providing primary health care services. The company also needed an effective promotional campaign to recruit doctors and patients for their new clinics.
Action
NextPhase updated the old brand image to allow for easy application to all future marketing material and signage. Numerous new applications were produced including a corporate identity, stationery, memos and forms, exterior and interior building signage, corporate marketing collateral, doctor recruitment campaign, doctor / patient relocation marketing, advertising campaign and dermatology marketing campaign.
Results
During a period of 10 months, NextPhase’s rebranded theme and promotional campaign assisted CarePoint in adding seven new clinics. According to Geoffrey Briant, President & CEO, “NextPhase’s contribution to CarePoint's first experience with rapid growth was crucial to our success in embarking on this endeavour.”
