Challenge
Glenmore Highlands Inc. was rapidly expanding its mineral exploration and development activities in Finland, where it successfully acquired major gold properties. The company also had a significant interest in the highly prospective diamond exploration area in Canada’s Northwest Territories. NextPhase was retained to create a suite of marketing tools to help attract new investors and financing. The main challenge was to communicate a very diverse story that stretched from Europe to northern Canada – and to show how both areas were important to the future of the company.
Action
Working closely with the company’s investor relations company, NextPhase successfully created the investor items within a short timeframe – all in preparation for the company’s senior management to embark on a tour of brokerage firms in Canada and attend a mining trade show in Toronto.
Results
The company successfully raised over $5 million to continue their exploration activities in both Finland and the Northwest Territories. The investor material also helped the company promote the stock when they attended mining trade shows and conducted brokerage tours.
