  • NextPhase Strategy brands Palisades Petroleum to drive investor awareness for new oil & gas company

    Palisades Petroleum Corporation is a growth-oriented junior resource company engaged in the exploration, development and production of oil and gas in Montana, North and South Dakota, Wyoming and Colorado. The company finances early stage and advanced stage prospects, and then works with joint venture partners to finance and operate the appropriate drill programs. Palisades was a new company with no brand identity or awareness, yet needed to get financed for a successful launch. 

    NextPhase branded the new company and produced a complete suite of marketing tools to communicate their key message to the investment industry including retail investors, brokers and analysts, as well as joint-venture partners. Deliverables included a corporate identity, business cards, stationery, investor profile, corporate brochure, PowerPoint presentation, website and an investor direct marketing email / postcard campaign. 

    The branding helped launch the company from start-up to a successful financing with a strategic investment partner. Palisades also entered into partnerships with Cline Production Company, PBP Resources, Mountain Pacific General, Inc., and Brave River Production, and subsequently into an acquisition financing agreement with Landbank Canada Investments Ltd.
