Challenge
Since 1983, InstaFund has been a leading source of private residential and commercial mortgages in Western Canada. The company diversified over the years and had several subsidiaries. There was a need to bring all the business units under one corporate brand umbrella, while retaining distinctiveness to communicate to different target markets.
Action
NextPhase’s mandate was to create a complete branding program from start to finish. This included a new corporate identity, corporate brochure, presentation folder, advertising, website and signage. The entire program had to be completed within a two-month time frame to meet the onset of annual peak real estate market activity.
