Challenge
International Jaguar Equities is a public mineral resource company based in British Columbia and listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. The company is focused on five properties within the Taseko Management Zone – known as the Lord River Project, which lies along the BC’s coast plutonic fault. The challenge was to communicate the potential of these BC properties to the investment community when at the time there was no exploration being done in BC.
Action
First NextPhase visited and photographed the properties, and then interviewed management. Armed with detailed information, NextPhase created a corporate brochure, presentation folder, property brochures, detailed property maps, PowerPoint presentation and website.
Results
Using the marketing material, the company visited brokerage firms across Western Canada and in Toronto to communicate the Jaguar story. International Jaguar’s properties gained positive exposure within mining investment circles throughout the west. The material also helped sell one of the main properties to Newmont Mining. Andrew Smith, VP, Senior Geologist of International Jaguar stated, “NextPhase developed an excellent set of marketing tools that helped us tell the International Jaguar story to the investment community. This helped attract new investors and retain the interest of existing ones.”
